Go to Windows Notification area, right click on "Gem Sticky Note" icon, click "New from OneNote Page" to create a stick note with this page content text on Windows Desktop. Go to Windows Notification area, right click on "Gem Sticky Note" icon, click "New from OneNote Paragraph" to create a stick note with this paragraph text on Windows Desktop. Run OneNote, and select a paragraph in OneNote. When you delete a desktop sticky note, it will back up this note as a OneNote page and save into this section. Specify a OneNote section for backup desktop sticky note. Save the sticky note as a OneNote page into specify section when delete a desktop sticky note. Save as a page to section when delete a sticky note. When you delete a desktop sticky note, it will back up this note as a record into this OneNote page. Specify a OneNote page for backup desktop sticky note. Save the sticky note into a OneNote page as backup when delete a desktop sticky note. Save to a page when delete a sticky note. Save into OneNote when Delete a Sticky Note Now right click on the OneDrive icon in the taskbar and click settings and check the box saying "Make all files available even when this PC isn't connected to the Internet".In "Gem Sticky Note Options" window, you can decide the Desktop Sticky Note launch when Windows start. Now right click on the file and click “Make available offline.” Just click on any file and wondows status bar will let you know.
You will see the option Access all my OneDrive files offline, turn the slider “On.” and it will start downloading files. Open One Drive app, and then open the Charms Bar. At anytime you can right click on OneDrive icon and click on "Make available online-only” to go back to cloud storage. You can also browse and select files of your choice.
Right click on OneDrive icon, and click on “Make available offline.” This will start downloading files to your PC.Yes you can access and download all OneDrive items to your local computer.
